Compensation & Benefits Officer

Location: HQ Phnom Penh

Key Responsibilities

• Keep track of all HR costs
• Prepare HR forecast on a monthly basis with quality and in a timely manner
• Held manager to prepare calculation on financial incentive and accrual
• Ensure all medical claim is compliant to the policy and keep track for medical expense for staff
• Prepare OT tracking, leave provision and accrual tracking
• Ensure all staff have Annual Leave planning and balance is reconciled
• Assist in consolidating HR budget
• Review and Support the process of staff loan proposal
• Actively seek customer feedback as to the ongoing improvement of remuneration and benefits
• To deliver customer satisfaction by providing operational support for all project related queries
• Ensure all policies and benefits are document appropriately and easy to access by all staff
• Proactively contribute to a co-operative and collaborative team working environment
• Identify potential process/service enhancements, escalate as appropriate, and document suggestions

Experience Profile

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline
• Fresh Grauated are encourage to apply
• Good relationship and network building
• General knowledge of Cambodian Labour Law and HR policies & processes
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to interact at all levels of an organization
• Good time management skills
