SUMMARY:

Granted a Trust License from the Securities Exchange Commission of Cambodia, Zillion Trust Plc is looking for a candidate who is passionate about the property trust and trust funds to join us as Trust Operations Manager. Zillion Trust’s vision is to be the Cambodia’s Trusted Trustee of Choice for both local and international clients.

Main duties:

• Ensure client due diligence documents (eg. passports, address proof, etc.) as required for account opening process

• Prepare trust account opening or sign-off documents

• Maintain trust and other documents in a proficient manner

• Liaise with relevant services providers, attorneys, investment managers, the authorities

• Verify and process dividends, interest income, capital gain, and corporate actions in accordance with trust deed and prospectus

• Review all client files and legal documents on a regular basis to ensure the accounts are in proper compliance

• Prepare mandatory reports for the Management and the authorities (eg. SECC, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Law (Trust), Finance, Accounting or ACCA

• 3-5 years working experience in the related fields, preferred in the credit administration / operations in the banking industry

• Working knowledge of Trust operations and administration; and related Trust law / regulations; and property tax

• Excellent written communication skills in Khmer and English

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
